The Board of Directors has elected Mr. Siniša Krneta as the Stock Exchange’s new CEO. Mr. Krneta is an experienced professional who is working at the Exchange for 14 years now. He held a position of the Director of Business Operations of the Belgrade Stock Exchange since 2004.
Ms. Gordana Dostanić is retiring after 23 years of service with the Belgrade Stock Exchange. Ms. Dostanić was appointed to the position of CEO in 2002. Under Ms. Dostanić’s leadership, Belgrade Stock Exchange has become a modern institution with well-established cooperation with domestic and foreign partners and leading European exchanges.
Upon receiving the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mr. Krneta is taking CEO office as of 18th July 2015.
