Basic Exchange Regulations

The basic exchange regulations are the following:

1) The Exchange Memorandum of Association
2) Articles of Association
3) Rules of Business Operation
4) Tariff Regulations
5) Rules on Listing and Quotation and other general rules and regulations.

The Stock Exchange is obliged to obtain prior approval from the Securities Commission on afore mentioned regulations.
