As of Monday 21.3.2011, the Exchange member Dunav Stockbroker a.d. Beograd will start to conduct market-making operations for shares of the issuer Tigar a.d. Pirot (TIGR).
In april 2007 Tigar a.d. Pirot has became the first listed company on the Belgrade Stock Exchange’s Regulated Market (Prime Market), in december 2007 Tigar has got first market maker. Now, Tigar becomes the first company on Belgrade Stock Exchange who has two market makers.
Dunav Stockbroker a.d Beograd was founded in 1997, and has been a member of the Belgrade Stock Exchange since 20.2.1998. This member’s participation in the total shares’ turnover had accounted for 3,3% in year 2010, with an increase to 3,93% recorded during the first few months of year 2011, and that positions Dunav Stockbroker in the first ten Belgrade Stock Exchange’s members according to the shares’ turnover criteria.
Tigar a.d Pirot is organized as an open capital company and listed on the Belgrade stock exchange, mostly linked to the rubber industry, but increasingly oriented towards diversification of its activities and global organization. Applies corporate governance principles and international accounting standards (IAS).
Tigar a.d Pirot cosists of three production enteties founded in the first half of the previous century: Tigar Rubber Footwear, Tigar Technical Rubber Goods and Tigar Chemical Products.
Tigar shares have been a constituent of index basket of the most liquid securities on the Belgrade Stock Exchange BELEX15 since its creation and launching.
Shares of this issuer have been traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange since May 2005.
