BELEX15 Reached this Year’s High
At the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the index BELEX15 recorded today, August 14, 2009, its highest closing value since the beginning of the year. The value of the index of most liquid shares reached 645.11 index points at the end of the day, a rise of 17.04 points, i.e. 2.71% relative to the previous day. The highest recorded daily value was 648.46 index points, which is, after the value on June 8, also one of this year’s highs.
The total trading value of securities contained in the BELEX15 basket amounted today to almost RSD 33m, which accounts for 67.5% of the total share turnover realized at the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
Since the beginning of the year, BELEX15 recorded a rise of 14%, increasing its value during August by 13%.
