7,05%15.10.2008.Decision on changes and modifications of the Rules of Business Operation of the Belgrade Stock Exchange
By the Decision of the Board of Directors (No: 04/2-3153/08, from 15.10.2008), the Belgrade Stock Exchange Rules of Business Operations are changed (No: 04/2-3821/07, with changes and modifications number: 04/2-236/08 and 04/2-1020/08, hereinafter: Rules)
The stated changes refer to article 61, paragraph 1. The rules referring to the reduction of the fluctuation zone for the next tradings on the Regulated and Unregulated equity market, in the range of:
a) +20/-12%, in share trading on the Unregulated market,
b) +10/-8%, in share trading on the Regulated market,
By the Decision (No. 5/0-06-5471/8-08, from 15.10.2008), the Securities and Exchange Commission gave its approval, and the Decision is published on the Exchange internet page on 15.10.2008 and becomes effective as of 16.10.2008.
