UPGRADE IN BELGRADE, 7th International Conference of the Belgrade Stock Exchange – Belgrade SuperMarket: One Stop – Learn All
The aim of this Conference is to incite discussions on some new topics, insufficiently present in the region, which have a significant impact on the movements in the developed exchange industry. The topics we chose this time are structured around the following panels:
• Forbidden Liaisons – Conflict of Interest;
What can be considered conflict of interest, what are the consequences of the activities of individuals or corporations with a conflict of interest on the financial market and how can such acts be avoided?
• Risk Reduction or a New Risk – SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle); What is a SPV and how is it created? Does SPV minimize risks or open up new risks?
• Socially Responsible Companies – Investment that Makes a Difference; Are, and why are, investors increasingly turning to companies which, on the road to profit, are also guided by concerns related to the general quality of life, and how is climate change linked to stock exchange operations?
• Global Problem – Local Headache;
What is going on in the global economy and is energy today shaping the future of the financial market?
• What else Serbia Has to Offer – Mini Roadshow;
How to present a good project and how to recognise it, does IPO have an alternative?
• Special lecture on general economic movements, investment opportunities and plans for the economic development of Serbia.
