BUSINESS PLAN OF ENERGOPROJEKT GROUP FOR THE YEAR 2008
We are, hereby, provide the information for our shareholders and broad investment public that the Board of Directors of Energoprojekt Holding Co. adopted the Business Plan of Energoprojekt Group for the year 2008 on the meeting held on 21st December 2007. The Board of Directors of subsidiary companies adopted its Business Plans for the year 2008 on the meetings held between 22nd and 25th December 2007.
The basic parameters of Business Plan of Energoprojekt Group for the year 2008 are the following:
• Total revenue: For the year 2008 total consolidated revenue is planned for Energoprojekt Group (at home and abroad) in the amount of EUR 235,3 million, which is by 24% more than the plan for 2007.
• Business results (gross profit): Total consolidated gross profit of Energoprojekt Group (at home and abroad) for the year 2008 is planned in the amount of EUR 12,8 million, which is by 21% more than the plan for 2007.
• Contracting of new projects: For the year 2008 it is planned to contract in total EUR 322,9 million of new projects, EUR 133,6 million at home (41%) and EUR 189,3 million abroad (59%). The Plan for contracting for the year 2008 is larger by 13% in comparison to the same for the year 2007.
