Pupina 12 (statistical number 07023014, activity 74150 Holding Activities) herewith publishes:
REPORT ON IMPORTANT EVENT
(S U M M O N S FOR THE XXXIII ADJOURNED ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS` MEETING)
We herewith inform our shareholders and the public that the regular Annual Shareholders Meeting of Energoprojekt Holding Co., scheduled for June 30, 2009 in the Big hall of the Dom sindikata beginning at 9 A.M. is adjourned because of the lack of quorum.
Pursuant to the Provisions of the Law, Articles of Association and Statute of Energoprojekt Holding Co., the Executive Board of Directors of the Company made a decision, on the 21st meeting held on July 2, 2009, concerning the summons Shareholders Meeting for July 14, 2009 in the Big hall of Dom sindikata in Belgrade, beginning at 9 A.M. with the same agenda.
All Shareholders and their proxies who have the right to take part directly at the meeting and decision making of the Shareholders Assembly will be informed in writing and on time about the exact time, place and date of the repeated Shareholders meeting.
In accordance with the Article 8 of the Rule book on contents and form of public companies reporting, the Statement on essential events will be published in the daily gazette which is distributed throughout the whole territory of the Republic of Serbia.
