ENERGOPROJEKT HAS CONCLUDED THE CONTRACTS WITH JP "ŽELEZNICE SRBIJE"
ACQUISITION AGREEMENT
AND
COOPERATION AGREEMENT
We are hereby informing the broad investment public that on 24th March 2008, after negotiations successfully finished, the Republic of Serbia, JP "Železnice Srbije" and Energoprojekt Holding Co. concluded the contracts assuring the continuation of works on the project of the railway station "Belgrade Center-Prokop".
Works on the project of the new railway station in Prokop will start not later than 60 days after the Government of Serbia agree with the Contracts. The total value of the investment is estimated to amount to cca 230 million EUR. According to the plan, the works concerning the station part should be finished in 30 months and those concerning the commercial part 30 months after obtaining a suitable building license.
In accordance with the Regulations of the Law on Business Enterprises and the Issuers Founding Deed (acquisition of a high value property), the required Decision of Approval concerning the Contract on Acquisition will be made by the Shareholders Assembly of Energoprojekt Holding Co.
