ENERGOPROJEKT HAS CONCLUDED THE GENERAL CONTRACT OF RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT THE COMMERCIAL AREA ABOVE AND AROUND RAILWAY STATION BELGRADE CENTER ( PROKOP)
Based on the Tender concerning the allocation of right to construct the commercial area above and around the railway station Belgrade Center (Prokop) and with reference to the corresponding decision of the Board of Directors of JP "Železnice Srbije", to declare Energoprojekt Holding Co. the best bidder on the Tender, we are herewith informing the investment public that, after negotiations finished,
Energoprojekt Holding Co. and JP "Železnice Srbije" agreed on 5th October 2007 and signed the "General Contract" which regulates the subject matter and principles of further cooperation.
General Contract is signed in purpose to define, in principle, the basic conditions concerning the realization of the mentioned Tender and envisaged "Joint Venture Construction Contract" which will be signed at the end of the current year. This contract will define the concrete modalities of the realization of the said project.
