7,05%13.07.2007.Vest o isplati dividende - na engleskom jeziku - Tigar a.d. Pirot
Pursuant to the decision made by Shareholders Assembly held on June 12th 2007 Tigar Company from Pirot has today effected the funds for dividend payment on the Central Securities Registry account. The funds are to be further distributed to the Central Securities Registry members. Shareholders, both individual and legal persons, can draw money from a bank where they have open special-purpose account.
In the course of the following week the Company will announce how dividend payment for the shareholders who do not have open special-purpose accounts will be effected.
The right to dividend have all shareholders who were registered at the Central Registry on the day Shareholders Assembly was held.
Tigar, the only company listed on Belgrade Stock Exchange Listing A, pursuant to the decision made by Shareholders Assembly, effected 43, 4 million dinars for dividend payment.
