DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EVENT:
The Board of Directors of joint stock company Tigar Pirot, from Pirot, rendered on 27.02.2007 the Decision on the listing of securities into LISTING A of the Belgrade Stock Exchange a.d., Belgrade.
Pursuant to the Decision of the Stock Exchange Listing and Quotation Committee, joint stock company Tigar Pirot has become the first company to fulfill the legally prescribed conditions for inclusion to LISTING A.
Starting with 10.04.2007, the shares of the joint stock company Tigar Pirot shall be traded on:
• The Belgrade Stock Exchange – LISTING A
• Under continuous trading method
• With benchmark price at the first trading equaling the last price of shares at the close, established at individual trading session on the over-the-counter market, dated 05.04.2007.
