As of Friday, 21st May 2010, AC - broker a.d Beograd will start performing market-making operations for shares of the issuer Agrobanka a.d. Beograd (AGBN).
The broker-dealer company AC - broker a.d Beograd has been a member of the Belgrade Stock Exchange since 28.08.2002. AC broker is a broker-dealer company established by the Slovenian ACH group (ex Autocommerce), a holding company ranked at the biggest 20 in Slovenia. This member’s participation in the total shares’ turnover had accounted for 1,32% in year 2009, with an increase to 3,23% recorded during the first four months of year 2010 and that positions AC broker in the first ten Belgrade Stock Exchange’s members according to the shares’ turnover criteria. Having a participation of 6,26% during year 2009 the AC broker was the second ranked member in trading with shares that are traded by the single price auction method.
Agrobanka a.d. Beograd is an agricultural bank, emerged from the Privilege agricultural bank, established 1929 in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, that has been operating until the beginning of the WWII, after which constant social changes have led to several bank transformations. Today, Agrobanka is a joint stock
company, being a mid size bank and operating as an universal bank, having a very developed network that covers the whole Serbian territory. It is a member of the International association of agricultural banks – CICA from Zurich, as well as of the Association of banks from Central and Eastern Europe – BACEE and it performs the international money transfer as the SWIFT member, via it’s own address.
The shares of the issuer Agrobanka a.d. Beograd have been traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange market since 08.12.2005. This security is in the continuous trading method since January 2006 and since March of the same year these securities have been a constant member of the basket of the leading Belgrade SE index – BELEX15.
