25.08.2026.Successful issuance of long-term dinarbonds by Kodar Energomontaža on the Belgrade Stock Exchange
Kodar Energomontaža d.o.o. Belgrade has successfully completed the issuance of long-term dinar bonds intended to finance renewable energy projects. The issuance raised RSD 1.805 billion, and the funds will be used for the construction of the Jasikovo wind farm and the Brebex solar power plant.
Following the completion of the issuance, the company will submit an application for the bonds to be included in secondary trading on the regulated market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange, within the Open Market segment.
Kodar Energomontaža is the third company to successfully issue corporate bonds under the program implemented with the support of the World Bank through the “Market-Relevant Roadmap” initiative, aimed at further developing the corporate bond market in Serbia.
The successful completion of another issuance shows that corporate bonds are gradually becoming an important source of long-term financing for Serbian companies. The Belgrade Stock Exchange continues to support the development of this market segment and to create conditions for new participants and future issuances.
