Kodar Energomontaža d.o.o. Beograd will offer dinar corporate bonds on the Belgrade Stock Exchange with the support of the World Bank within the Program for Corporate Bond Issuers (CBIP). These are green bonds whose funds will be directed to the financing of projects in the field of renewable energy sources in accordance with the company's Green Bond Framework and ICMA Green Bond Principles.

Kodar Elektromontaža will direct the funds collected through the issue to two strategic projects in the field of renewable energy sources.
The Jasikovo wind power plant has an installed capacity of up to 70 MW in the area of the municipalities of Majdanpek and Žagubica.
Brebex solar power plant has an installed capacity of up to 300MW on the territory of the municipality of Dimitrovgrad, which also includes a battery system for energy storage.
