7,05%08.04.2025.Primary Trading of Bonds Issued by Elixir Group d.o.o. Šabac
On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, the Belgrade Stock Exchange held the primary sale of the first issuance of corporate bonds issued by Elixir Group d.o.o. Šabac, marking the first primary trading of a financial instrument on the market after13 years.
At today’s auction, 341,700 bonds were offered, each with a nominal value of RSD 12,000, representing the total value of the issue of RSD 4,100,400,000.
Interest in the primary sale was high, as the entire bond issue was sold, and all offered bonds acquired their owners.
The corporate bonds of Elixir Group d.o.o. were issued as five-year coupon bonds with an annual interest payment of 6%, which will be also listed on the Open Market. These bonds also represent the first securities issued by one domestic private company, within the framework of the Capital Market Development Strategy.
We congratulate to Elixir Group on this important step, which serves as an example for other companies planning to raise additional funds in this manner.
